That is most definitely the case nowadays with James Earl Jones’s famous monologue playing Terence Mann in the 1989 American movie, ‘Field of Dreams.’ Now over 35 years old and counting, Field of Dreams’ and this legendary scene focus on the timeless appeal of Baseball in America, whose monologue has become iconic culturally not just for baseball fans and movie lovers but for what America can represent to the world when it taps into its best impulses.
